Instead the hostess periodically walks outside and asks the 75 or so waiting customers who is next. the bill, it has been handled. They have never really provided a reservation option, so we learned to always arrive up to 30 minutes before they begin seating customers for dinner - seating used to begin at 5 PM for dinner.
